Gas has Mass:

You can measure the mass of the gas by using digital balance. Lpg container filled with gas is heavy compared to empty LPG container.

Gas has Volume:

You can measure the volume of the gas. When you inflate the balloon, you observe the balloon expand.

Gas has Pressure:

You can measure the pressure of gas using manometer or barometer. When you push the plunger of a syringe having a volume 10 cc while not allowing the gas to escape, you find it more harder as you decrease the volume of air inside because of pressure.

Amount of gas:

If gas has mass, then we can compute the number of gases since gram can be converted to number of gases. Molar mass of a gas molecule is equivalent to 6.022 × 10^23 number of gas molecules.

Gas has temperature:

you can used thermometer in measuring the temperature of the gas.
